The role of Kitchen Steward is an integral part of our culinary operations, supporting both our banquet department and our in-house restaurant. This position is hourly and non-exempt, offering a competitive wage of $13.50 per hour. The role primarily involves the handling, cleaning, and stocking of dishes used in various culinary functions. Kitchen Stewards ensure that all dishware requisitioned for events is properly transported, cleaned, and replenished. This position requires high-volume cleaning capabilities, as well as stamina to work in a warm and wet dish room environment. Teamwork is essential, as Kitchen Stewards collaborate closely with the kitchen and banquet teams to maintain efficient operations.

Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and event days
