Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time hours including weekends and busy event periods
- availability during the first full week in April for the golf tournament
- must provide skid-proof safety shoes
- reliable and punctual
- able to stand for long periods
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Qualifications
- ability to work as a team
- physical ability to lift and move large carts of dishes
- capable of working in a warm and wet kitchen environment
- familiarity with operating dish machines preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Duties
- handle dish cleaning and stocking for all culinary functions
- requisition dishes and bring them to the room for setup
- remove and clean dishes after functions
- restock cleaned dishes in storeroom
- operate dish machine as trained
- lift, push, and tote large carts of dishes
- assist with additional duties to support the hotel's vision and mission
