The role of Steward at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue offers an exceptional opportunity to join a premier luxury hotel located in the heart of downtown Bellevue. Embedded within the upscale Avenue Bellevue lifestyle destination, the hotel features 208 sophisticated guest rooms and expansive meeting and event spaces totaling 12,000 square feet, powered by a design aesthetic from Hirsch Bedner Associates that echoes modern elegance and innovation. As a part-time steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of kitchen equipment, glassware, silverware, and all essential kitchen production areas. This position is instrumental in upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence in hygiene and operational efficiency, contributing to memorable guest experiences through exceptional behind-the-scenes service.

Your daily responsibilities will involve thorough cleaning and sanitizing tasks, meticulous upkeep of kitchen tools and utensils, and ensuring that all food and beverage areas remain orderly and well-stocked. This role demands an individual with a positive attitude, teamwork skills, motivation, and the ability to multitask effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment. InterContinental Seattle Bellevue and Pyramid Global Hospitality both provide competitive compensation, and for this part-time steward position, the pay rate is $22 per hour.
