Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Requires walking and standing for an entire shift
- Requires ability to perform light physical labor including lifting, reaching, bending, stretching, and handling
Job Duties
- Empties all trash receptacles and recycling bins in the kitchen
- Rinse, clean, sanitize dishes and glassware and put away
- Wash all dishes and pots in compliance with local health standards
- Sweep and mop floors, maintaining a clean, orderly and safe kitchen
- Spot-cleans walls and equipment
- Transport and carry food items as needed
