Job Description

Pacific Hospitality Group is a well-established family-focused hospitality company that operates with a unique owner/operator approach. This approach allows the company to maintain long-term holding strategies, fostering sustainable growth and enabling the continuous development of both the business and its team members. The organization places great emphasis on enriching lives by delivering memorable experiences, giving back to communities, and honoring God in all its endeavors. With a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, value creation, principled entrepreneurship, customer focus, knowledge, change, humility, respect, and fulfillment, Pacific Hospitality Group represents a stable, values-driven workplace within the hospitality industry.

The company seeks dedicated individuals to join their team as Dishwashers within their hotel operations. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards that assure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen functioning. The position involves sorting soiled ware, operating dishwashing machines, inspecting cleanliness, and maintaining sanitary conditions throughout kitchen and dishwashing areas. Dishwashers also help stock supplies, dispose of kitchen waste properly, and comply with all safety and health regulations. They may be required to assist with food preparation during peak periods or staff shortages and maintain operational cleanliness by managing the dishwashing machines and polishing silverware.

This full-time role demands a reliable individual who adheres strictly to safety policies and procedures, wears appropriate protective gear, and reports any issues rapidly to management. The job requires physical stamina as well as the ability to perform simple math and follow instructions carefully to ensure that all utensils, cookware, and kitchen surfaces meet the highest standards of hygiene. Team members are expected to be punctual and perform their duties in a fast-paced, often hot and noisy kitchen environment. Flexibility in scheduling, including working holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts, is a requirement due to the nature of the hospitality industry.

Overall, this position offers an opportunity to be part of a company deeply grounded in long-term growth and enrichment of people’s lives. Team members benefit from working in a respectful and supportive environment, where compliance, safety, and quality are prioritized. The successful candidate will contribute directly to creating a pleasant experience for the hotel’s patrons by ensuring the kitchen operates cleanly and efficiently behind the scenes. For those seeking to enter or grow within the hospitality sector, Pacific Hospitality Group offers the chance to learn essential skills, gain experience, and be part of a mission-driven company committed to principled business practices and genuine community care.
