Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or related field preferred
ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
good communication skills
reliable and team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or sanitation preferred
knowledge of health, sanitation, and safety standards
ability to use specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
strong attention to detail
ability to follow schedules and perform tasks efficiently
good communication skills to report equipment issues

Job Duties

Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting and promoting company values
perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety protocols and MSDS
perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks according to cleaning calendars and maintenance plans
deep clean inside and outside of heavy-duty kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, steamers, kettles, and hoods
clean floors, walls, and hoods, and perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
remove, clean, and replace all floor mats
