Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or related field preferred
- ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
- strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety protocols and MSDS
- perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks according to cleaning calendars and maintenance plans
- deep clean inside and outside of heavy-duty kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, steamers, kettles, and hoods
- clean floors, walls, and hoods, and perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
- remove, clean, and replace all floor mats
