This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant. The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's renowned logos and food products but operates as a separate and distinct company from McDonald's USA. As such, this franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision. Job Requirements
