While the franchisee has a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products, it operates as its own entity with full control over employment decisions and staffing. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to the restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Physically able to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic by cleaning the floors, equipment and dining room
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Follow health and safety regulations
