This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. This franchise holder possesses a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate company and independent employer from McDonald’s USA. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee relations are exclusively managed by the franchisee and not by McDonald’s corporate entity. Job candidates should be aware that McDonald’s USA will not receive their employment application, nor will it be involved in employment decisions, providing autonomy to the franchise operator in managing their team and workplace.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
- Have an outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with others in a team
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic by cleaning the floors, equipment and dining room
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- Support team members during peak hours and assist in smooth operation
