Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least one year of food preparation experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to work independently
- Must maintain security clearance
- Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food preparation or related role
- Supervisory experience preferred

- Experience working in correctional environments preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure that food preparation and production align with company standards
- Check and endorse production and temperature data
- Oversee inmates during food preparation and tray assembly
- Deliver meals in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in meal preparation and serving duties
- Create and maintain work and sanitation schedules
- Supervise and evaluate employees to promote teamwork and efficiency
