Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
- Able to lift 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable and punctual
- Food service employees must obtain Texas Food Handler Certificate within 60 days
- Valid work authorization required (W2 or 1099)
- Able to perform essential job functions safely while meeting productivity standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail for food safety and presentation
- Ability to work in fast-paced conditions
- Basic familiarity with food preparation techniques a plus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Valid Texas Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain within 60 days
Job Duties
- Chop fresh vegetables and prepare signature sauces
- Keep the kitchen stocked and organized
- Make and stretch dough with precision
- Top pizzas accurately and manage oven timing
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards
