Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • obtain safe food handling practices certification
  • awareness of equipment safety
  • detail oriented
  • knife handling skills
  • basic mathematical skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to perform required tasks within view of guests
  • ability to multi-task at a fast pace
  • menu knowledge and the ability to adapt to change

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years kitchen experience required
  • line cook experience preferred
  • maintain ServSafe and food handling management certification
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Follow WingHouse recipes and operating procedures and systems
  • ensure food presentation is visually appealing and picture perfect
  • practice proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • adhere to WingHouse kitchen uniform and hygiene standards
  • complete daily tasks and assigned project work including kitchen set up and breakdown
  • assist with receiving and rotation of food supplies
  • assist with dish area cleanliness and trash removal
