Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- obtain safe food handling practices certification
- awareness of equipment safety
- detail oriented
- knife handling skills
- basic mathematical skills
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to perform required tasks within view of guests
- ability to multi-task at a fast pace
- menu knowledge and the ability to adapt to change
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years kitchen experience required
- line cook experience preferred
- maintain ServSafe and food handling management certification
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Follow WingHouse recipes and operating procedures and systems
- ensure food presentation is visually appealing and picture perfect
- practice proper food safety and sanitation standards
- adhere to WingHouse kitchen uniform and hygiene standards
- complete daily tasks and assigned project work including kitchen set up and breakdown
- assist with receiving and rotation of food supplies
- assist with dish area cleanliness and trash removal
