The role does not include responsibilities like greasy grill work or using fryers and microwaves, ensuring a cleaner and safer kitchen environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Available to work daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm
- Willingness to learn kitchen processes and techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical health to manage kitchen duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Growth minded and driven
- Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
