Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required)
- strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- a valid food handler's card

Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards
- restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices
- cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas
- organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
- supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager
