Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required)
  • strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • a valid food handler's card

Job Duties

  • Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards
  • restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices
  • cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas
  • organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
  • supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager
