Maintaining consistency in food presentation and preparation is key, alongside adhering strictly to portion control guidelines to minimize waste. Given the volume and pace of the restaurant, the Cook will also be responsible for upholding cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, maintaining compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
