Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly
  • Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs and kitchen managers to ensure timely service
  • Help with food handling and safety procedures to meet health regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Busing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure smooth operations in the dining area
  • Support banquet or special event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient kitchen workflow
