Job Requirements

  • attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution and plating
  • dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • maintain proper uniform standards
  • experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, salamander, oven, stove, mixer and fryer
  • ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and work in confined spaces
  • must have reliable transportation to and from work
