Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- preferably have one year of experience in food preparation or related role
- prior supervisory experience preferred but not required
- experience with inmates is a plus
- food safety certification required
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- adherence to safety procedures and policies
- ability to meet and maintain security clearance requirements
- physical ability to lift, stoop, push, pull, and stand or walk for prolonged periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment if required
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Maintain compliance with Aramark's food preparation and production guidelines
- analyze and approve production and temperature reports
- offer guidance and supervision to inmates involved in food preparation and tray assembly
- follow Aramark guidelines to ensure meals are served promptly and efficiently
- be actively involved in meal cooking and serving
- print and distribute cooking recipes while ensuring precise measurements and special dietary considerations
- guarantee that the storage of food items is safe and organized within a hazard-free environment
