Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume kitchens, Mexican cuisine preferred
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid California Food Handler or Manager certificate
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
- In-person work in Chula Vista, California
Job Qualifications

- Valid California Food Handler or Manager certificate
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Experience with inventory management and food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise the kitchen team during peak hours
- Ensure every order meets standards for authentic flavor and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, safe, and HACCP-compliant kitchen
- Lead by example and support the team on the line when needed
- Coordinate shift schedules and communicate with front-of-house staff
- Train and mentor new kitchen employees
