Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment
  • at least one year in a lead or supervisory kitchen role
  • knowledge of pizza making preferred
  • ability to build positive relationships with guests and team
  • commitment to service standards
  • excellent training and mentorship skills
  • calm and positive demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual kitchen environment
  • at least one year in a kitchen supervisor or shift lead role
  • experience with pizza preparation is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated commitment to service and hospitality excellence
  • ability to remain calm and solutions oriented under pressure
  • passion for quality food and team leadership

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations during shifts
  • motivate and inspire kitchen staff
  • ensure quality and consistency of food preparation
  • maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • build positive relationships with guests, team members, and vendors
