As a Kitchen Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business by fostering strong relationships with guests, team members, and suppliers. You will oversee kitchen operations during your shift, ensuring quality and consistency are upheld while motivating the kitchen team to perform at their best. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment
  • at least one year in a lead or supervisory kitchen role
  • knowledge of pizza making preferred
  • ability to build positive relationships with guests and team
  • commitment to service standards
  • excellent training and mentorship skills
  • calm and positive demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual kitchen environment
  • at least one year in a kitchen supervisor or shift lead role
  • experience with pizza preparation is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated commitment to service and hospitality excellence
  • ability to remain calm and solutions oriented under pressure
  • passion for quality food and team leadership
