Job Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Willingness to work onsite

Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner that meets Chick-fil-A quality requirements
  • Coach the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members in the Kitchen
  • Ensure a sense of urgency to create fast speed of service
  • Maintain attention to detail in preparation and production procedures
  • Execute systems for a clean kitchen environment
  • Promote a work environment that ensures food safety
  • Oversee organization and appearance of the kitchen
