We are actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Kitchen Sanitization Manager to lead our kitchen cleaning and hygiene operations. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive wage starting at $19.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility to oversee all aspects of kitchen sanitation within our pizzeria, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting workspace. This role requires hands-on involvement, including dishwashing, floor, wall, and bathroom cleaning, along with other tasks necessary to uphold our cleanliness standards.

As Kitchen Sanitization Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive cleaning procedures customized for our kitchen environment. You will have a leadership role in training and supervising janitorial and custodial staff to maintain consistent hygiene and safety standards. Your oversight will extend to managing laundry operations related to kitchen linens and uniforms, ensuring all washable items are processed and sanitized promptly. Regular inspections will be part of your duties to identify improvement opportunities and ensure ongoing compliance with health codes.

Job Requirements
