Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certifications in sanitation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift minimum of 25lbs
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and early mornings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Able to tolerate cold working conditions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work any shift including overtime
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food production sanitation preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of all production areas according to the Master Sanitation Schedule
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned to food safety and quality standards
- Maintain organized, clean aisles, break areas, bathrooms, and offices
- Monitor and correct sanitation deficiencies
- Participate in daily departmental start-up meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and chemical training
- Communicate effectively and lead the sanitation team to uphold sanitation standards
