Job Requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- One year of restaurant experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
- Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
- Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests
- Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
- Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
