Offering a competitive salary range from $47,000 to $52,500 annually, with potential for higher pay based on experience, this full-time position operates predominantly on the first shift but requires flexibility, including availability on weekends. The supervisor will lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role demands supervising production staff, managing workflow, and maintaining strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality specifications. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-operational inspections such as ATP and allergen swabbing, managing production lines to optimize efficiency and productivity, and verifying raw material accuracy through Batch Control Records.

The role involves overseeing cleaning and sanitizing procedures during SKU changeovers to prevent cross-contamination and uphold hygiene standards. Daily inspections of workstations and equipment, enforcing personal protective equipment usage, and employee hygiene standards are essential duties to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
This position requires strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide production teams, excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking purposes.
