Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods up to 2 hours at a time
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • comfortable working in refrigerated environments between 32 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure optimal workflow and productivity
  • conduct morning roll call and pre-operational inspections, including ATP and allergen swabbing
  • set up and manage production lines to ensure efficient processing
  • ensure proper ingredient rotation and accurate material movement using internal systems
  • verify raw materials and maintain accurate Batch Control Records (BCR)
  • ensure production teams follow recipes and SKU-specific requirements
  • maintain consistent supply of ingredients to assembly lines
  • monitor production accuracy through weight checks and QA verifications
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • supervise SKU changeovers, including cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • conduct daily inspections of workstations, equipment, and facility cleanliness
  • enforce PPE usage and employee hygiene standards
  • minimize Work in Process (WIP) and ensure proper storage of finished goods within temperature guidelines
