Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week including one weekend day)
  • Ability to operate safely in a busy and sometimes loud environment
  • Up-to-date on local food compliance regulations and safety trainings
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to climb stairs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Strong attention to detail especially regarding allergy and cross-contamination protocols
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for excellent food service and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Prepares and plates menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Trained and available to work different kitchen stations including dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza
  • Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment and dishwashing areas
  • Prepares guest food orders focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Restocks supplies, completes prep and side work, assists with operational tasks
  • Supports delivery and organization of food and beverage orders as needed
  • Upholds company core values and operational guidelines
  • Maintains food safety and health standards
  • Possesses knowledge of allergy and cross-contamination protocols
  • Uses proper equipment for food preparation
  • Adheres to kitchen cleaning, prep, and stocking schedules
  • Communicates kitchen needs and urgent matters to management
  • Maintains a positive and respectful workplace
  • Follows hygiene practices including handwashing
