Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and other food preparation tools safely and efficiently
- Transport food products and supplies safely to concession stands and other designated locations
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining commissary inventory
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Support concession operations as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
