  • ability to follow recipes and comply with company procedures and food safety policies

  • ability to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
  • 1+ years kitchen experience or equivalent training
  • basic math skills
  • able to read and understand English
  • ServeSafe certified preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for sandwich line
  • prepare ingredients for soups, sauces, and salads using set recipes
  • follow prep lists accurately
  • maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
  • use knife skills and operate meat slicer safely
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • lift up to 50 pounds as needed
