As a Kitchen Prep, you will be responsible for assisting chefs and cooks by performing a range of preparatory tasks that include washing, cutting, peeling, and organizing ingredients, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen workspace. Job Duties

  • wash and prepare vegetables and fruits
  • peel and chop ingredients as directed

  • monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages
