- previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare all served food
- plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- be responsible to keep their assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- follow standard recipes and measurements
- operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
