The Kitchen Prep Associate - Apps role is a pivotal back-of-house position that supports multiple stations to help bring the Din Tai Fung experience to life behind the scenes. This role is multifaceted, including preparing beverages at the Boba station, plating appetizer items at the side station, and carefully packing takeout orders at the Packing Station. Precision, consistency, and a team-oriented mindset are essential as you will ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Keeping all three stations clean, organized, and fully stocked is an important responsibility for this role, which includes managing inventory and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow.
