The company prides itself on creating a neighborhood pizzeria experience where quality food meets engaging entertainment and lifelong memories. Fun is not just an add-on here, it is baked into every aspect of the guest experience. Through fun attractions and games, Peter Piper Pizza supports community connection and physical wellness among children, helping to strengthen motor skills while promoting joyful family times.

CEC Entertainment also operates the iconic Chuck E. Cheese brand, which celebrates over half a million birthdays annually, giving it deep roots in family-friendly entertainment and community engagement. The company is committed to safety and operational excellence, with rigorous health and sanitation standards implemented across all venues. Peter Piper Pizza is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and champions employee growth — nearly 70 percent of its management team is promoted internally. The role of Kitchen Prep and Utility Team Member at Peter Piper Pizza plays a vital part in bringing the company’s core values to life. This position involves preparing food orders efficiently with uncompromising standards for cleanliness and safety. Working in this fast-paced, high-energy environment, team members support both the back of the house and front of house operations. Responsibilities include food prep, stocking, unloading inventory, and operating the cash register when needed. Employees have the opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest service and cash handling.

One unique benefit is the “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program, which allows employees access to their earned wages without waiting for traditional payroll cycles. This reflects Peter Piper Pizza’s commitment to taking care of its employees' financial well-being. With flexible positions including back of house, dough rollout, and make table/prep roles, the company caters to team members with diverse skills and interests.

The company offers competitive benefits designed to support employees nationwide, including access to telemedicine, 401(k) retirement plans, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, and more. Full-time employees receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, and educational and financial assistance. Part-time employees can access voluntary benefits such as dental and vision plans alongside fixed indemnity medical coverage. CEC Entertainment complies with state and local mandates, providing paid sick leave as required.

Peter Piper Pizza embraces a workplace culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a strong emphasis on employee well-being and safety. Every effort is made to accommodate individuals with disabilities in performing essential job functions.
