CEC Entertainment is hiring for the role of Kitchen Prep and Utility Team Members at Peter Piper Pizza. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy working as part of a team. Kitchen Prep and Utility Team Members are responsible for preparing food orders and assisting with various food preparation tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience. Team Members will work closely with their colleagues to ensure every guest leaves happy, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellent guest service. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about multiple facets of restaurant operations, including guest service, food prep, and cash handling.

CEC Entertainment offers a competitive commission structure for this role: exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, with payments distributed bi-weekly (subject to state law). Non-exempt employees can earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, also paid bi-weekly. In addition, the company provides access to a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" wage program, allowing employees to access their earned wages quickly without waiting for pay periods.

This role also offers comprehensive benefits to support employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees, as well as options for part-time employees including fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision options, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. All team members gain access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Full-time employees averaging more than 29.5 hours per week are eligible for added benefits such as paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and student loan support.
