Starting pay ranges between $16.90 and $18.50 per hour depending on the specific position and responsibilities, with roles such as Sandwich Maker, Cream Maker, Coffee Maker, and multipurpose Team Member all offering competitive compensation.

Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or coffee shop environment, possess a high school diploma or GED, and preferably hold a Food Handling Manager Card certification.
