Job Duties
- Wash peel slice and mix vegetables fruits meats cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
- Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes quality standards department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
- Clean all utensils preparation equipment and counters required for production
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
