Job Duties
- Wash, peel, slice and mix vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
- Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
- Clean all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
