Job Duties

  • Wash, peel, slice and mix vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
  • Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
  • Clean all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
