Job Requirements
- availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- legal age to serve alcohol in the state of NY (18)
- ability to commute to Syracuse, NY 13204
- willingness to work in person at the restaurant
- basic English communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning duties

- ability to follow detailed cooking and cleaning instructions
- prior experience in food preparation helpful but not required

Job Duties
- help prepare all restaurant dishes according to recipe guidelines
- perform general cleaning of work area, utensils, and portions of kitchen and food storage areas
- maintain food standards as per preparation manual and specifications
- fill in where necessary in the kitchen
- follow daily maintenance and cleaning schedule in the kitchen
- follow all health and safety code regulations
- work to minimize food waste
