Job Duties

  • Follow recipe and storyboards to prepare foods according to preparation methods

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene
  • Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen policies
  • Unpack and organize received goods in a timely manner
  • Prepare menu items using plating recipes when ordered
  • Report equipment and food quality problems to management promptly
  • Use prep list and hot box chart with the manager to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Follow all safety procedures when using equipment
  • Assist in other job categories as assigned
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
