Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work weekdays weeknights and weekends during baseball season
- Must be available to arrive up to three hours prior to game time
- Physical ability to perform dishwashing and cleaning duties
- Ability to follow local health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Three to six months of experience or training in the service industry
- Ability to work weekdays weeknights and weekends during baseball season
- Ability to arrive up to three hours prior to game time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for baseball and sports environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment ensuring compliance with local health department regulations
- Perform dish and pot washing general cleaning duties and organization of kitchen equipment and food storage areas
- Distribute and store clean pots dishes and utensils in designated areas
- Restock and inventory snacks drinks coffee and other items in the dining area
- Support food preparation and inventory management tasks
- Assist sous chef with maintaining organization in kitchen work areas
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
