Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, stretching, and twisting

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine and 3-compartment sinks to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen surfaces
- sweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- remove trash and garbage to designated disposal areas
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, such as pantry and dish room
- clean kitchen equipment using specified chemicals to meet sanitation standards
- assist with basic food preparation and pot washing
- adhere to all health, food safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- follow safety procedures for operating and cleaning machinery
- participate in safety meetings, trainings, and hazard assessments as required
- may perform other duties as assigned by the Sports Center Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef
