We operate an innovative platform that allows customers to enjoy a diverse selection of dishes from over 20 exclusive restaurants with a single convenient order. Our offerings range from tacos to Thai cuisine, delivering high-quality meals that arrive hot and fresh, satisfying every craving. At Wonder, every phase of the dining experience is meticulously managed in-house — from recipe development to the advanced technology powering our seamless service. This ensures a consistent and exceptional quality of food and customer experience at scale. This role supports varied schedules including overnight shifts, which come with an additional hourly premium, reflecting our dedication to better serving our customers around the clock. Located in Kendall Square, this position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility that aligns with business and location needs. The pay rate starts at $21.00 per hour, with overnight hours between midnight and 5:00 AM compensated at an additional $2.00 per hour.

You will also enforce rigorous safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in all back-of-house areas, promoting a clean and safe working environment.

Financial stewardship is an essential component as the role entails monitoring kitchen operational costs and working within budget guidelines to optimize resource use. Ensuring that kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained in good condition will be part of your daily responsibilities. Regular briefings with both front and back-of-house staff are essential, prior to and following service hours, to align goals, communicate updates, and foster team cohesion.

Professionalism, ethical leadership, and adherence to company policies will be key traits you demonstrate, setting a positive example for your team. Moreover, you will actively participate in training and development initiatives designed to enhance the skills of restaurant employees, supporting both individual growth and overall operational excellence. This role offers an opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities within a company committed to innovation and employee growth.
