The Kitchen Operations Supervisor role at Marion Correctional Institution entails overseeing the preparation and delivery of meals by supervising inmates and staff within the kitchen environment. Job Duties
- Follow and uphold Aramark standards for food preparation and production
- Review and approve production and temperature records
- Supervise inmates during food preparation and tray assembly
- Ensure meals are served promptly and efficiently in accordance with Aramark standards
- Participate in food preparation and service
- Create and manage schedules for cooks, inmates, and food service workers, including sanitation routines
- Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate records
