Job Duties
- Manage, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- coordinate daily culinary operations
- oversee daily kitchen activities for efficient service and quality
- forecast food consumption and procure supplies
- select and standardize recipes
- establish presentation techniques and quality benchmarks
- ensure kitchen equipment is maintained
- maintain sanitation and safety practices
- manage special catering events
- mentor junior kitchen staff
