Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in culinary or kitchen leadership
- 2-3 years post-high school education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of food service principles and kitchen management
- Ability to lead teams and resolve challenges in fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills
- Culinary training preferred
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
