Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related culinary or kitchen leadership role
- 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent professional experience
- strong knowledge of food service principles and operations
- ability to lead and resolve challenges in fast-paced environments
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- coordinate daily culinary operations
- oversee daily kitchen activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- forecast food consumption and procure supplies
- develop, select, and standardize recipes
- establish presentation techniques and menu pricing
- ensure kitchen equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- manage special catering events
- provide culinary instruction and mentorship to junior staff
