The Kitchen Operations Manager role at Aramark is a critical position that focuses on managing kitchen personnel and overseeing the overall culinary operations within a professional food service environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years culinary or kitchen leadership experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in culinary or kitchen leadership role
  • 2-3 years post-high school education or equivalent professional experience
  • Culinary training preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of food service principles and kitchen management
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage, train, and supervise kitchen staff
