Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • strong understanding of P&L management
  • able to obtain required local and state certifications and permits

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • understanding of profit and loss management
  • ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • familiarity with local and state health regulations is a plus
  • experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred
  • demonstrated experience in team management

Job Duties

  • ensure smooth daily kitchen operations

  • manage inventory and place supply orders
  • oversee profit and loss (P&L) aspects of the kitchen
