Parry's offers a unique blend of quality food, craft beer, and an inviting atmosphere that attracts a diverse clientele looking for a memorable meal and excellent service. The restaurant prides itself on maintaining fast-paced, high-volume kitchens where quality standards are strictly upheld, ensuring every dish meets the expectations of customers and reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.

As a Kitchen Operations Manager at Parry's, you will hold a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations. This role demands precision, urgency, and pride in managing day-to-day kitchen activities to uphold the restaurant's exceptional standards. You will play an integral role in ensuring consistently exceptional food quality while managing food costs, labor control, safety, sanitation, and team development. The position requires a systems-focused leader who is adept at coaching daily best practices, validating execution through tangible checks such as tastings and audits, and driving results aligned with budget objectives.

In this leadership role, you will be the driving force behind kitchen readiness before service, ensure proper execution during peak times, and maintain accountability throughout the shift from opening to closing. Your responsibilities include fostering a positive and accountable kitchen culture, implementing operational systems that enhance sales and efficiency, and developing your team to support their personal and professional growth. Collaboration with service managers and managing partners will also be essential to delivering smooth shift execution and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Parry's offers an environment where quality, teamwork, and accountability are valued, making the Kitchen Operations Manager role pivotal to the overall success of the restaurant. You will manage food preparation, storage, and waste control while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are rigorously followed. The role also encompasses significant involvement in personnel management, such as hiring, onboarding, training, and validating the performance of kitchen staff. The Kitchen Operations Manager contributes not only to operational excellence but also to creating a workplace culture that promotes retention and continuous improvement.

This position requires flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and peak times, with the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Parry's values leaders who are coachable, accountable, and committed to fostering a professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude that aligns with the company's ethos. By joining Parry's, you will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes health benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, leadership training, and meal discounts, making it a rewarding opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional committed to leadership and excellence in restaurant operations.
