We are currently seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. This key leadership role demands a proactive and experienced professional capable of managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with minimal supervision. The Kitchen Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing staffing levels, assigning shifts, and overseeing the development and performance of team members. This position requires a hands-on leader who can actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development. Our ideal candidate will champion safety and sanitation standards, uphold operational compliance, and maintain a clean and safe environment aligned with company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one year of experience in restaurant management
  • Flexible schedule availability required

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of prior experience in restaurant management
  • One year of experience in full-service restaurant management, including bar operations preferred
  • Food safety certification such as SERVE Safe preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Readiness to relocate within assigned region

Job Duties

  • Help manage staffing levels and assign team members to shifts
  • Oversee employee management to uphold high standards in hiring, developing, counseling, and promoting talent
  • Take an active role in recruitment and onboarding to build a strong team
  • Champion the growth of employees through structured development paths leading to internal promotions
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance practices
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and all applicable regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment
  • Respond to guest feedback and proactively seek to enhance customer satisfaction
