The Kitchen Operations Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal position within the food service division, designed to oversee kitchen personnel and manage food preparation activities in a fast-paced, professional culinary environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a related culinary or kitchen leadership role
  • 2-3 years post-high school education or equivalent professional experience
  • knowledge of food service principles and kitchen operations
  • ability to lead and train kitchen staff
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage catering events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in culinary or kitchen leadership role
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • culinary training preferred but not required
  • strong knowledge of food service principles and kitchen management
  • proven ability to lead teams and resolve kitchen challenges
